Executive Team

GulfView Properties is owned by Dianne and Charlie Allen. They have been in the real estate business for more than a decade. Dianne is a Community Association Manager (CAM) with a high level of expertise and experience in managing properties run by community associations. Both Allens have served on the board of Home Owner's Associations. Dianne has a Bachelor of Science  degree in Accounting and Business Administration. She has years of experience with accounting practices and taxes. Charlie has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Master's in Business Administration. Dianne and Charlie commit their full  dedication to each real estate or property management contract they get, giving it their full effort.
